Terms & Conditions

• Prices are non-negotiable.

• Failure to disclose an approximate guest count and consequent lack of coverage will not be the photographer’s liability.

• If an extension to timings happens at the event, then we will continue to shoot based on our capability & adjustments to pricing will be made later.

• Payment terms:

30% Booking amount

70% On the day of the session

• Booking amount is transferable for a postponed shoot if notified a week in advance.

• Post processing begins only after full payment.

• Prices are subject to change.

• We do not deliver raw photos and video clips.

• The photographer reserves the right to post pictures from the session on various online platforms, competitions, websites etc. You can have 100% copyright to the pictures and stay out of social media by paying an additional amount of Rs. 10,000/- towards the same.

• Photographer can opt to withdraw from the shoot anytime post booking along with the refund if consequences do not support.
